Presidential spokesman Jay Carney claims technicians are working "24-7" to fix computer glitches in the new healthcare insurance exchanges.

"There have been some challenges in enrolling through the website. Those challenges are being addressed, and progress is being made, and people are enrolling accross the country," Carney said.

The rollout of the latest phase of Obamacare has been riddled with computer problems -- much to the displeasure of President Obama:

"He's not happy with it and has insisted that everybody work 24/7 to fix the problems that exist," Carney said.

But, Carney says the situation gets a little better each day as problems are worked out during the opening month of a six month open enrollment period.
