There's a huge jump in the number of people being treated for injuries in the Boston Marathon bombings. The Boston Globe reports the figure has risen sharply to 282. Original estimates were around 170 hurt. Public health officials attribute the increase to more people seeking treatment for wounds they either shrugged off or thought were only minor. Only two bombing victims remain in critical condition.
