Three men in the Sacramento area will spend time behind bars for the enticement of a minor.
In May of last year, an undercover detective with the Sacramento Internet Crimes Against Children task force responded to a Craigslist ad posted by Brandon Marks in which he sought to acquire children's underwear.
After a week of coversation, Marks agreed to meet with the detective to have sex with the detective's fictional 13-year-old child.
Marks was also communicating with 36-year-old Nicholas Perry of Sacramento.
A sting was set up using Marks identity in which Perry eventually agreed to come have sex with the fictional child, as well.
Perry also invited 23-year-old Eric Johnston of Folsom. Both were arrested upon arrival at the meeting.
All three men have pleaded guilty to charges against them.
