Lights, camera, action. A little bit of Hollywood came to the Captiol today.

Actors Carl Weathers of "Rocky" and Ron Perlman of "Sons of Anarchy" joined about a hundred crew and technical workers to give a final push to new film tax credits making their way through the Legislature.

"I mean, I've shot in Canada, Florida, Georgia, Oregon. I have shot in Texas. I have shot in so many places and many of those films are locations that we can shoot right here in California," Apollo Creed -- or Weathers -- said.

The bill would quadruple the current level of incentives to $400 million a year.

It has legislative support, but it's unclear if Governor Jerry Brown will approve of the pricetag.
