The U.S. Air Force is confirming that a military helicopter crashed on the east coast of the United Kingdom.

Four people are believed to have died in the crash of the HH-60G Pave Hawk that was based out of the Royal Air Force base Lakenheath in Suffolk.

The crash happened near Cley, a village about 130 miles north of London.

Britain's Defense Ministry says the crash does not involve one of its choppers.
