Asiana Airlines Plane Lacked Adequate Warning Systems

Asiana Airlines says the Boeing 777 that crashed last year at San Francisco's airport didn't have adequate warning systems to alert the crew about problems with air speed.

The claim came in a filing with regulators that was released today.

But the airline also acknowledged that the crew failed to monitor and maintain a safe airspeed before the July crash, which led to the deaths of three people.
