California Least Business Friendly State 10 Years Running

A survey of CEO's ranks California dead last as the state to do business for the tenth year in a row:

Chief Executive magazine’s annual Best & Worst States for Business survey came up with those results. Texas was ranked number one which didn't surprise KFBK financial expert Kelly Brothers...

"Toyota issuing a written statement thanking the city of Plano Texas for pulling together what is rumored to be a $40 million incentive package to leave Torrence California,"

However, not all experts agree with this survey.

"Actual economic competitiveness is about having good schools, it's about having transportation systems that work..." said Steve Levy.

Levy, Director of the Center for Continuing Study of the California Economy, also points out that California has outpaced the nation in job growth.
