A computer glitch caused major chaos for people trying to make their way through the international terminal at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday.

Passengers had to wait hours in line after disembarking. Some became weak and collapsed.

The Customs and Border Patrol computers were reportedly only working intermittently for several hours.

As a result, the lines to get through Customs were moving at a snail’s pace.

A duty manager at the airport said they were going to bring water to affected passengers and were working with emergency officials to take care of those who were feeling light headed.
