Dallas PD Releases JFK Assassination Documents

The Dallas Police Department has posted on its website thousands of documents related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
There are more than 11,000 police documents from the investigation into the deaths of the president and suspected assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.
There are also documents on police officer J.D. Tippit, who Oswald was also accused of murdering.
Meanwhile at Dallas City Hall, there is an exhibit of artifacts from the assassination, many put on display for the first time.
Next Friday marks the 50th anniversary of the shooting.
