Earthquake in Yellowstone National Park

There are no injury reports in a Yellowstone National Park earthquake.

Officials say the four-point-eight quake hit near the center of the park around 6:34 a.m.

They also said this is the most powerful quake to hit the park since 1985.  A spokesman for the U.S. Geological Survey’s Yellowstone Volcano Observatory says volcanic activity from this is unlikely.
