A candidate for El Dorado County district attorney is facing fire as he is accused of not living there.

"I have concrete proof that his residence is not within El Dorado County."

Bail bondsman Chuck Holland told News10 about his evidence against district attorney candidate Judson Henry and his residence. He maintains the candidate lives in Rocklin.

But when asked by News10, Henry says that's where his wife lives with their son.

"I sleep at least five or six nights a week in Placerville. I come here at least once a week to visit my boy," Henry said.

Henry was nominated to run for the job by Raymond Nutting, who will be prosecuted by current District Attorney Vern Pierson.

Nutting claims Pierson, the longtime district attorney, has abused his position.
