FOX 40 reporter and anchor Sabrina Rodriguez, who's alleged to have worked with her fiance to steal from high-end retail stores, has resigned her post at the television station.
In a tweet, she says it's time to "concentrate on my case and re-establish my good name."
Court documents say Nicholas Gray stole $200,000 worth of goods in two months time and authorities allege Rodriguez acted as a lookout.
Gray is also facing arson and drug charges after an explosion at the couple's home in May.
He's accused of making honey oil, a concentrated form of marijuana.
I am sad to say I've decided to resign from FOX40 to concentrate on my case and re-establish my good name. Thank you for all the support.— Sabrina Rodriguez (@SabrinaRFOX40) August 5, 2014
