A family-owned coffee company in Lincoln is suing the Keurig company.
The Rogers Family Company, which roasts, packages, grows and sells gourmet coffee products, is claiming Keurig is guilty of violations of federal and California anti-trust and unfair competition laws.
The lawsuit boils down to those single serve coffee pods.
Keurig is building coffee makers which won't accept competitors pods.
Rogers introduced a biodegradable coffee in 2011.
