A Fairfield father who's filed a restraining against a schoolyard bully is now going after the superintendent in his school district.

Stephen Fuedner says not just one, but both, of his sons have been victims of bullies at Rolling Hills Elementary School in Fairfield.

He went so far as to get that temporary restraining order against the nine-year-old boy alleged to have done the bullying, but at last night's school board meeting Fuedner accused the school of doing nothing, so he's filing a restraining order against Superintendent Kris Corey.

Fuedner says he has no choice because the restraining order against the suspected bully can't be served with school officials refusing to give up his address.

They cite confidentiality laws as the reason, and the superintendent has declined public comment.
