Felony Charges Filed Against Teen Accused of Roseville High Arson

Felony charges are being filed against a Roseville High School student in connection with the burning of a graduation stage on the football field.  

Jordan Loya, 18, pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of conspiracy, arson and vandalism in the Thursday incident.  

He also faces a special allegation of causing excessive damages.  

He's scheduled to re-appear in court June 19 and is being held on $150,000 bail.  

A second student is being dealt with in juvenile court.
