Passengers aboard a flight from Canada to Mexico are getting an unexpected stay in Montana.
They're waiting to get on with their trip after a flight attendant was injured during bad turbulence on a Sunwing Airlines flight.
Flight 599 was flying from Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta this morning when it was diverted.
The flight attendant has been cleared to continue, but passengers have had to wait for several hours at Helena Regional Airport.
An airport spokesman says a customs official had to be called in from Great Falls and then the travelers had to wait for a replacement plane to arrive.
