Former Jesuit High School Star Andrew Susac Plays for the Giants

The San Francisco Giants called up catcher Andrew Susac to play in his first major league game. Susac played against the Los Angeles Dodgers at AT&T Park Saturday evening.  

Susac is said to replace Hector Sanchez who was placed on the 7-day disabled list after suffering a concussion. 

Susac previously attended Oregon State University and Jesuit High School. 

During Susac's 63-games with the Triple-A-Fresno Grizzlies, Susac was batting .268 with 10 home runs and 32 RBI.
