Former President George W. Bush has had a partial knee replacement. A spokesman says it happened Saturday, and that the 67-year-old former President is now back home in Dallas and doing great.
A spokesman for the former President told CBS News that Bush had the partial knee replacement done on Saturday as an outpatient procedure. The spokesman said the former President, who's 67 years old, was able to walk up and down a flight of stairs just a couple of hours after the surgery. That was in Chicago without any public announcement.
He returned home to Dallas on Monday.
