An Army general facing prison time for sexual assault is pleading guilty to lesser charges.
The New York Times says Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair's plea could be entered as soon as tomorrow morning.
The lesser charges include disobeying a commander's order and using demeaning language to refer to female Army officers.
Allegations against Sinclair first surfaced in 2012 when he was a top commander in Afghanistan. His two-year trial was stopped last week when a judge determined Army politics may have been involved in the case.
