Governor Jerry Brown is sitting on a big pile of cash. The governor has millions to spend on his re-election.

Brown is reporting in a new financial disclosure that he only spent $270,000 on his primary campaign, while raising nearly $6 million in campaign funding.

When you add to what he already has for his run for an unprecedented fourth term, it gives him a war chest of more than $22 million.

Republican opponent Neel Kashkari hasn't filed his semi-annual financial statement, but the deadline is next week.
