It's happened again. At least 12 passengers and crew members have been injured after a Cathay Pacific flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong experienced some turbulence problems.

Officials say the passengers were throttled when the plane hit "high turbulence" yesterday as it flew over Japan.

Six passengers had to be hospitalized.

A flight attendant was reported in serious condition last night after being removed from the plane with a neck brace and an oxygen mask.
