Hi there, I'm KFBK afternoon digital editor, Paul Boris, and I have a question for you.

Ever wonder what the most popular movie from each state is?

Even if your answer is no, (by the way, why is it so much trouble that you indulge us this once?  The nerve...) we happened upon an interesting map courtesy of the Huffington Post.

It's a map of the United States with each state (and District of Columbia) labeled with the most popular movie (as ranked on imdb.com) that's set in that locale.

There are obvious ones, like "Casino" for Nevada, and "Scarface" for Florida, but would you believe the most popular movie that takes place here in California is Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction?"

This particular writer, being originally from the frozen tundra of Minnesota, is a bit perturbed.  I don't even get my own movie?  I have to share with North Freakin' Dakota?  I mean I'm all about the oil boom, but we've got freakin' lakes.  LAKES I SAY.  What about the 1990's classic "Feeling Minnesota" starring Keanu Reeves and Cameron Diaz?

You know what, I quit.  Forget it.

If you want to look at the map it's here.  (Click the word "here,"......no the one before it.)
