House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers says ISIS is becoming one of the most potent terrorist groups in the Middle East.

On "Fox News Sunday," the Michigan Republican says the United States is in more danger now than before 9/11 because of the technological and financial power of ISIS.

He cites the terrorist group surrounding Yazidi tribes in the mountains of Iraq as proof of how brutal they are. Rogers added ISIS is now competing with Al-Qaida to be the dominant Jihadi group in the Middle East.
