Jurors are set to hold an eighth day of deliberations in the trial of the San Francisco Giants fan against the Dodgers.

Brian Stow's lawsuit claims former Dodgers owner Frank McCourt was negligent in Stow's 2011 beating in the Dodger Stadium parking lot that left the former paramedic with permanent brain damage.

Stow is seeking more than $36 million in damages.

Defense attorneys claim McCourt is not liable for the attack.

Last Wednesday, jurors said they were hopelessly deadlocked, but the judge ordered them to continue deliberating.
