(1/3) The charges made in the TMZ story and other stories I’ve seen are completely wrong. They make things up about me that never happened.— Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) April 11, 2014
(2/3) I take great pride in who I am and what I do, but I guess sometimes you have to deal with someone who makes things up.— Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) April 11, 2014

San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick has taken to Twitter saying the story from TMZ and other media reports about the "suspicious incident" report are "completely wrong."
Yesterday, TMZ reported that Kaepernick was being investigated for an alleged sexual assault. But police reports from Miami make no such allegations.
According to the police report, Kaepernick was in an apartment with Quinton Patton, Ricardo Lockette and an unnamed woman.
The woman mixed some drinks while they were talking. Marijuana was also present in the room, according to the report.
The group sat down, talked and watched a basketball game. The woman began to feel light-headed and went to lay down in a bedroom.
She says Kaepernick, whom she had had a sexual relationship with in the past, came into the room and started kissing her, according to the report. The kissing led to the woman getting undressed, the police report states. Then Kaepernick said he would be right back and left the room. They did not have sex at that time.
The woman said Lockette and Patton opened the door to the room and she told them to "get out." They closed the door and left. The woman cannot remember anything after that.
She woke up in a hospital bed with no recollection of how she got there. The investigation in ongoing. "The 49ers organization is aware of the recent media report regarding Colin Kaepernick and is in the process of gathering pertinent facts," 49ers General Manager Trent Baalke said.
