More than 600 homeless guests enjoyed Wild Waterfoul Stew this afternoon at Sacramento's Friendship Park thanks to the California Waterfoul Association, Comcast and the Sportsman Channel.

After the meal of slow-cooked duck, veggies and rice, the homeless were excited about a visit from members of the Sacramento Kings.  Ben McLemore, who came from humble beginnings himself, was among the players serving vanilla ice cream for desert,

"That's just all I wanted to do as a young kid, you know is to give back to the community, and also to be here is just a blessing and to give back.

McLemore said he saw gratitude in the eyes of those he served and was grateful himself to have the opportunity to bring smiles to their faces.
