San Francisco Police say an Los Angeles public defender was so drunk at San Francisco International Airport that she screamed out profanities, sang the theme song from "Happy Days," and kicked a police officer.

Police say 37-year-old Monica Jenkins was so drunk that the airline asked her to catch a later flight -- which led to the tirade.

She asked police for cocaine after she was taken into custody.

She demanded to be taken to jail, which she was. While there, she tried to bite a nurse.

Jenkins pleaded not guilty, and was released on her own recognizance. She has a pretrial date set for June.
