The NBA says it plans to conduct a "full investigation" after a TMZ report of an audio recording that captured Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling making racist remarks.

In the recording, Sterling criticizes his girlfriend for associating with black people, specifically Hall of Famer Magic Johnson.

The former Lakers great and current Dodgers co-owner reacted to the report by tweeting that he and his wife will never go to Clippers games as long as Sterling owns the team.

Magic added Sterling's comments are quote, "a black eye for the NBA."
