During a Q & A session today, Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber says if the Sacramento Republic FC wants a chance of joining the league, the team will need a lot of support from the community. He calls on supporters to show everybody in the soccer community and in California that the republic can grow, that it can become very relevant in the marketplace, that the stadium can be bustling with passionate supporters.

Major League Soccer plans to add three teams over the next years and Sacramento is one of the cities being considered. Cal Expo recently approved plans for building an eight-thousand seat stadium for Republic FC, that's expected to be finished by June. You can see the whole Q & A session below.
