Memorial Service Held For Two in Kansas City

Posted April 18th, 2014 @ 6:23pm by KFBK News

There was a memorial service Friday afternoon for a grandfather and grandson shot to death last Sunday at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. Killed were 69-year-old Dr. William Corporan, and 14-year-old Reat Underwood.

Lukas Losen is Reat's brother, he's 12 years old, with adult-size heartache.

"My brother Reat was the best singer ever and he had big plans for his future.  He was going to be a singing doctor and make a lot of money...I love you Reat and pop-pop, you'll always be in my heart," Losen said, becoming choked up as he finished.

An avowed white supremacist, Frazier Glenn Cross, is charged with the killings.
