It began as an incident on a school campus and ended up costing a Modesto High School supervisor her job.
Now the student at the center of that incident and his family are speaking out.
Gino Sanchez got into a fight and when it was broken up, he says Supervisor Jackie Munn went too far.
"And They had me on the ground, and I just had my face toward the ground and she just, like, jumped on my back," Sanchez said.
The assault was deemed excessive by the Modesto High School District and Munn was fired.
Now, a protest has been held on campus demanding Munn be reinstated. The Sanchez family says Munn got what she deserved.
