California may soon add names to its Vietnam Veterans Memorial. But how many?

A law passed last year allows the state's Department of Veterans Affairs to add names to its Capitol Park walls each year for the next six years.

Those names could include service members left off accidentally, those who weren't added on technicalities, or -- controversially -- those who died from Agent Orange illnesses or PTSD suicides.

There will be some debate at a meeting this morning on just who qualifies for what and just how or where the names will be added.

This year's list is heading toward a submission date in November.
