The head of NATO is condemning Russia's annexation of Crimea.
NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said today Moscow is proceeding down a "dangerous path" as it refuses to step back into line with international law.
Earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a treaty making Crimea part of Russia.
The move followed Sunday's referendum in which voters overwhelmingly approved Crimea's break from Ukraine.
Rasmussen called Crimea's annexation "illegal and illegitimate" and says it will not be recognized by NATO allies.
