There's a new lawsuit over the Affordable Care Act, this one filed by a US Senator. Ron Johnson from Wisconsin says a provision of the bill gives members of Congress and their staffs a special deal.

Johnson accuses the administration of tailoring the Affordable Care Act to accomodate special interest, including Congress.

"I think this lawsuit will hopefully provide a very long overdue check on presidential power, expanding presidential power, particularly with this administration," Johnson said.

The senator's lawsuit is part of a larger GOP strategy to draw attention to what they see as critical flaws in the Affordable Care Act.
