The Oakland A's marked the 40th anniversary of the team's 1974 World Series title with a two-day celebration this weekend featuring appearances by players from the championship team.
Series MVP Rollie Fingers, Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson and former Cy Young Award winner Vida Blue joined fifteen of their teammates for autograph sessions and an on-field reunion that drew a sold-out crowd of over 35,000 fans to the O.co. Coliseum for Saturday night's game.
This year's version of the A's came from behind to beat the Anaheim Angels, 11-3.
