Former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is blasting the Obama administration for its policies toward gun owners.  In her speech to the NRA "Stand and Fight" rally on Saturday, Palin said the President's attempt to control firearms is leaving children unprotected.

"They're protected by a thin tin sign that reads 'gun-free zone.'  Yeah, like that'll stop the bad guys.  That is stupid on steroids," Palin said.

She also used her remarks in Indianapolis to criticize the government on foreign policy, national security, and free speech.

"They would know that waterboarding is how we baptize terrorists," Palin quipped.

She said waterboarding would help terrorists give up important information.
