The first official Sacramento River Cats baseball game is still more than a month away, but some are already gearing up for the season by auditioning Saturday at Raley Field.

Dozens of people auditioned to perform the national anthem at games during the 2014 River Cats season. Former "Voice" contestant and Manteca native Lindsey Pavao was brought in to judge the contest. The auditions were not just for singers, but people who play the guitar, saxophone and harmonica also came out. Contestants will be notified at a later time if they were selected to perform at the games.
