Officials at a Sacramento school district are notifying parents that records containing personal identifying information were found at the Southern California home of a wire fraud suspect - though how the records wound up there is still a mystery.

The San Juan Unified School District posted the information on its website Friday. San Juan spokesman Trent Allen said district officials are studying several names in the complaint to see if they can find any connection to the district’s employees or families. But, he said, the two suspects named in the complaint, Mihran Melkonyan and Rouslan Akhmerov, were not immediately familiar to anyone.
