The FBI is searching for a Sacramento man who's been indicted in a credit card fraud scheme.

33 year old Mihran Melkonyan, and his partner Androuslan Akmerov, are accused of plotting to defraud more than 20 thousand American Express account holders.

Court documents say the two created several fake businesses, and then charged their victims' cards small amounts, ranging from $15 to $30, making it less likely that the card holders would notice the charges.

Akmerov is currently out on bail.

Melkonyan remains at large and the FBI asks anyone with any information to give them a call.  His photo is to the left.
