The situation this morning Kiev, Ukraine, continues to evolve almost minute by minute.  

After a peace deal between the president and protest leaders was signed, the Ukrainian parliament has reportedly voted to release a jailed opposition leader. 

Ukrainian parliament has voted to allow release of jailed opposition figure Yulia Tymoshenko.  

This is exactly what Lubow Jowa, President of the Ukrainian Hertitage Club of Northern California, is calling for this morning.  

She points a finger of blame at the Ukrainian president.

"People have been detained and people have been killed. I think all of these crimes are really his responsibility," she said. 

The Ukrainian interior minister reportedly has already been sacked for his role in violence against protestors.
