Sacramento has unveiled a new city website designed to be more informative and attentive to the needs of users.
At a cost of $185,000 dollars, it's not just an update, its a completely new online home for the City of Sacramento.
"This new website is really a fresh look and feel. We are re-writing text, we are putting information up on the forefront of the website to help people serve themselves.
Communications Director Amy Williams says the new site aims to help people who would normally call 311 with a question find answers on their own.
The new site, the first update of the city's webpage since 1995, has been in the works for the last nine months.
