A group of scientists believe ZMapp might be the miracle cure for the deadly Ebola virus.

Scientists reported Friday that the experimental drug ZMapp cured 18 lab monkeys infected with Ebola, including monkeys not treated until five days after becoming infected.

The drug helped even lab monkeys with advanced Ebola symptoms such as hemorrhaging. The World Health Organization reports the Ebola outbreak in West Africa has killed more than 15-hundred people and could infect 20-thousand people.
