Several cities in California's Central Valley make a new list of the most risky places in the state to live.
The San Joaquin Valley dominates a list of the worst places to live in California.
The Sacramento region doesn't fair much better being listed in the top 10 percent of the riskiest place to live.
That's based on a state analysis which takes several factors into consideration, including air, water, pesticides, poverty and language barriers.
Twenty-two of the 30 worst places in California are located in the Valley, according to the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment analysis.
