The captain of a ferry that capsized in South Korea is under arrest.  There are serious questions about who was at the helm of the ship when it started taking on water with hundreds of people on board.

Reports out of South Korea indicate the vessel has sunk.

29 people are confirmed dead and more than 270 others are still missing.  The captain faces charges of negligence of duty and violation of maritime law.

A school official who accompanied the students survived the disaster, but then hanged himself.

According to the "Wall Street Journal," police said a suicide note indicated that the official blamed himself.

He reportedly wrote that he may become a teacher in the afterlife for the students who died.
