A Stockton man is being honored for saving a woman's life at an Oakland Raiders game.
A special ceremony honoring Donnie Navidad will take place Friday at Oakland Coliseum.
Navidad is the Marine Corp veteran who rushed to break the fall of a woman who jumped from the third deck of the Coliseum after a Raiders game in November.
The 20-year-old woman suffered life-threatening injuries, but survived the 45-foot plunge, likely because of Navidad's actions.
The 61-year-old vet also was hospitalized for injuries he suffered breaking the fall.
The Coliseum Authority is hosting the ceremony.
