Stockton Police Offer $50,000 Reward for Info That Leads to Arrest of Fourth Suspect

Posted Thursday, July 24th 2014 @ 2pm

Stockton police announced today that a $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the fourth suspect in the Stockton bank robbery and pursuit that left three people dead July 16.

One of those killed in the shootout was mother of two Misty Holt-Singh. Police say she was killed after one of the bank robbers used her as a human shield.

Jaime Ramos, 19, was formally arraigned in court with three counts of murder and 22 counts of attempted murder of police officers.

Police are pursuing a fourth suspect in the case who they think dropped off three suspects at the Bank of the West in Stockton.

Police have recovered a car, a black 1997 Buick Century, they believe was used to drop the bank robbery suspects off but do not yet know the identity of the driver.
