Stockton police got some help from the public after video surveillance was released, leading to the identification of multiple suspects.

Police are looking for three men in connection with in a deadly shooting in April at the Downtown Stockton Cineplex.

Police released surveillance video and after it was shown on local news agencies the public responded pretty quickly.

Michael Moreno, Jimmie Zavala and Miguel Gallardo are wanted for questioning.

Joe Silva with the Stockton Police Department says they are actively searching for the men.

"Two of them are documented gang members, so we want our public to remember that, to be cautious if they see two of them, to give the police department a call. Don't approach them," Silva said.

There are seven people in total that police believe had some role in the shooting incident that left Francisco Sanchez dead.

Police do not think the incident is gang related.
