FedEx Corporation and Silverado Stages are facing another lawsuit over last month's fiery tour bus crash near Orland.

This latest lawsuit has been filed by crash survivor Miles Hill, who says he could have died on the bus, during and after the crash, which killed ten others.

"I was in a field across from the bus, the bus was on fire, my head was bleeding and there were burns all over me. I was in massive amounts of pain," he said.

The L.A. area student's lawsuit alleges the driver of the FedEx truck negligently crossed the median of the road into the path of the charter bus on I-5.

Hill also claims the Silverado bus was not equipped with a proper escape method and he had to kick out a window in order to escape the flames.

He wants compensation for medical treatment and unspecified damages.
