Apparently, California is pretty stressed out.

That's what the results of a new survey from say. The survey shows that the Golden State is the most "stressed-out" state in the nation.

The survey is based on a number of factors including percentage of population with a commute of 20 minutes or more, the number of unemployed residents, average number of hours worked and the amount of income spent on housing. 

Florida, Georgia and New Jersey were the next three.

North Dakota came in as the least stressed state.
