The suspects are identified as twin brothers, Ruslan Glukhoy and Roman Glukhoy. Ruslan Glukhoy is in Mercy San Juan Hospital.
The car they struck was occupied by 35-year-old Jose Luis Barriga-Tovar and his 14-year-old daughter, who both died instantly.

A multi-county chase of suspected burglars has left two people dead this morning in the Antelope area.
The chase began in Auburn.
The Placer County Sheriff's Department says three burglary suspects were chased out of Auburn by police before they allegedly stole a truck in Loomis.
Dena Erwin is with the sheriff's department that's what led to a fatal wreck in Sac County.
"Two of the suspects got in that truck, got on westbound 80, exited at Antelope, and then the crash occurred at Antelope and Don Julio," Erwin said.
That crash killed two people in the car.
The suspects ran off into a nearby neighborhood but were late caught with the help of K9 units.
Several schools reportedly were put on lock down with school buses receiving police escorts.
The third suspect was also arrested in Loomis.
